Do you need a professional website or online shop design that will impress your users and increase sales? We specialise in designing websites and online shops that combine beautiful design with a unique user experience.
Our designs are not only about aesthetics – they are primarily about functionality, usability and conversion.
Did you know that an ill-conceived design for your website or online shop can result in:
a high bounce rate (people leaving your website immediately after entering it), reaching up to 70%?
even up to 40% weaker conversion (convincing the user to perform a key action for you in the shop or on the website) if you do not take care of a design optimised for mobile devices?
lost leads due to hidden or weak calls to action on your website?
even up to 60% weaker sales when the product page layout is poorly designed?
What is website and online shop design, and why is it crucial?
Website design is a comprehensive creative process that precedes programming and implementation. It is the stage at which we define how your website will look, how it will function, and what kind of experience it will provide to users.
Imagine you are building a house. Designing is the architect's job – drawing plans, determining the layout of rooms, selecting materials and colours. Programming is the job of the construction team, which erects the walls according to the plan. Without a good design, even the best construction team will not be able to create a functional and beautiful house.
The same applies to websites. Design is a fundamental part of the website creation process – without it, programmers do not know exactly what to code.
"Designing" is not the same as "programming".
These terms are often confused, but they refer to completely different specialisations:
Design
Programming (coding)
User research and needs analysis – we investigate who your users are, what they need, and how they behave.
Information architecture – we organise content in a logical and intuitive manner.
Sketching and prototyping – we create website skeletons that show the structure itself without any graphic details.
Visual design and graphics – we design the appearance of every element: buttons, sections, images.
Selection of colours, typography, elements – in a word: consistent visual identity.
HTML, CSS, JavaScript coding – we translate your design into working code.
Database integrations – we connect the website with systems that store data.
Content management systems – we implement content management tools.
Performance optimisation – we ensure fast loading speeds and smooth operation.
The result of this work is graphic designs, mock-ups and interactive prototypes – a detailed ‘construction plan’ for your online shop.
The result of our work is a functional, optimised website or online shop – ready for publication.
Website development - see what the entire process looks like, from design to implementation.
Why are both stages crucial?
A good design without good programming is a beautiful but slow and non-functional website – like a luxury car without an engine.
Good programming without a good design results in a fast website, but one that is unreadable and does not convert – like an efficient engine in an ugly and uncomfortable car.
Only the combination of both gives you a website that is beautiful, fast, functional and effective – convincing users to take action.
Modern website and online shop design includes:
Usability design
Experience design is about creating user-friendly interactions with a website, preceding the creation of the user interface. It is not just about how the website looks, but above all about how it is used.
User needs research – we conduct interviews, surveys and analyses to understand your target group
User path mapping – we map every step a user takes on the website – from entering, through browsing, to finalising a purchase or submitting a form
Information architecture and product categorisation - we organise menus, product categories and content structure so that users always know where they are and how to find what they are looking for
Usability testing – we test the design with real users to ensure that everything works intuitively
Conversion optimisation – we optimise every element for conversion – whether it's generating leads (websites) or finalising sales (shops)
Why is this important? As many as 88% of users do not return to a website after a bad experience. Good design is the difference between rejection and conversion.
Interface design is the creation of what the user sees and interacts with.
Visual hierarchy – we guide the user's gaze from the header, through key information, to the call-to-action buttons. This is the correct order
Shop-specific elements – we design specialised elements: product cards, filters, shopping baskets, photo galleries
Trust-building elements – we skilfully weave in customer reviews, security certificates, and money-back guarantees
Optimisation for mobile devices – we design with smartphones in mind, as they are now used for 60% of online store transactions
Brand consistency – we ensure visual consistency on every screen and at every point of contact with the brand
Why is this important? Users form an opinion about your website in 0.05 seconds. A professional interface builds credibility and encourages further browsing.
Responsive design means ensuring an excellent experience on every device – from smartphones and tablets to large monitors.
Mobile-first approach – we start by designing the mobile version (in line with the aforementioned statistic that 60% of traffic in shops comes from smartphones)
Touch-optimised interfaces – we design buttons and interactive elements optimised for touch screens
Progressive web app features – we implement features that bring the website closer to a mobile application
Cross-device shopping continuity – users can start browsing on their phone and complete their purchase on their computer
Why is this important? Google rewards mobile-optimised websites in its search results. Lack of responsiveness means lost search engine rankings and lost conversions.

1. What is the difference between Website Design and programming?
Design is, figuratively, the work of an architect – we create a visual plan and logic of your website (UX/UI), that is, how it will look and how it will be used. Programming is the organic work of the construction team, which turns this plan into working code. A good website needs both of these steps to be beautiful, functional and fast at the same time.
2. What does the website design process look like step by step?
Our process is divided into 5 main stages:
Discovery and research (1-2 weeks)): We start with a strategy workshop, competition analysis and your target audience.
Architecture and wireframe (1-2 weeks)): We create a "wireframe" of your site, planning the layout of the content and navigation.
Visual design (2-3 weeks)): We give the site a look, choose colors, fonts and create a full graphic design.
Prototyping (1 Week)): We create an interactive, clickable model of your site, which allows you to test its operation before programming.
Transfer to developers (1 Week)): We prepare a complete package of files and documentation for the development team.
3. How long does it take to design a website?
Implementation time depends on the complexity of the project:
Landing page: 1-2 weeks
Business card page (3-7 subpages): 2-3 weeks
Corporate website (10-20 subpages): 4-8 weeks
Small online store: 4-6 weeks
Large online store: 10-16 weeks
4. What do I get at the end of the design phase?
You will receive from us a complete design package that includes:
All source files (most often in Figma format).
Full graphic designs of all subpages in the version for computers and mobile devices.
Detailed documentation for developers (colors, fonts, spacing).
All used graphics, icons and other resources.
Optional: interactive prototype and utility test report.
5. How much does it cost to design a website or online store?
The cost of the project depends on its scale and complexity. Indicative net prices are:
Landing page: from 2 500 PLN
Business card page: from 4 000 PLN
Corporate website: from 8 000 PLN
Small e-commerce shop: from 8 000 PLN
Average e-commerce store: from 15 000 PLN
We evaluate each project individually after a free consultation.
6. Can I order the project myself, without programming?
Of course! You can order the same UX/UI design service from us. After it is completed, we will give you the complete files that you can provide to your own developer or another company for implementation.
7. How many rounds of fixes are included in the project price?
As standard, the price of the project includes 2-3 rounds of corrections, depending on the selected package. This allows you to refine the project in accordance with your expectations. It is possible to purchase additional rounds of fixes.
8. Do you offer installment payments?
Yes, for larger projects (over PLN 10,000) we offer flexible forms of payment. Most often we use the model of 50% advance at the start and 50% after the completion and acceptance of the project. (for larger projects, the percentage of advance payment is set individually)
9. Will the project be adapted to mobile phones?
Yes, that's the absolute standard. Each of our projects is created in a "mobile-first" approach, which means that we first design a version for smartphones, and then adapt it to larger screens (tablets and computers).
10. What if I don't have the texts and photos ready for the site yet?
It's not a problem. We can get started by using temporary content ("lorem ipsum") simulating the layout of text and stock photos to give the project the right structure. At the same time, we offer a professional copywriting service, in which our specialists can prepare engaging and SEO-optimized texts for your website.
11. Do you also design logos?
Yes, we also provide services in the field of design logo and full visual brand identification. This is a separate service that is best done before you start working on the site to ensure visual consistency.
12. Will I be able to make changes to the project after I finish programming?
After the project is submitted to the programming stage, small changes (such as text substitution, color change) are usually possible. However, major structural changes (e.g. a change in the layout of an entire section) may be difficult to implement and entail additional costs. That's why we put so much emphasis on refining the project and accepting it before starting coding.
