How much does it cost to build a website?
A website at MITS costs between $2,900 and $9,900 (net), depending on the scope. Below are the three packages we use for most of our projects, as well as a path for projects that go beyond this scope.
We do not sell template-based websites for a few thousand zlotys. We build websites designed to last for several years, generate leads on their own, and not require a complete overhaul after the first season. Since 2010, we have completed over 360 projects for clients from seven countries, including DHL Express, Nestlé, Samsung, and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
Each package is a fixed-scope project with a specific price and deadline. If your project doesn’t fit into any of these packages, schedule a free quote- we’ll prepare a customized solution for you.

Payment terms
We divide payment into installments tied to the project phases. You don’t pay for work you haven’t seen yet.
- START: 50% upon signing the contract, 50% after implementation
- GROWTH: 40% upon signing, 30% after approval of the graphic design, 30% after implementation
- SCALE: 30% upon signing, 30% upon approval of the graphic design, 25% upon implementation, 15% 30 days after launch
The payment term for each invoice is 14 days. The prices listed are net prices in PLN; 23% VAT must be added.
What does the collaboration look like?
- Initial consultation, 30 minutes. We’ll ask about the website’s purpose, target audience, and deadline. Free of charge, with no obligations.
- Proposal. You’ll receive a specific package with a defined scope, price, and deadline. No “to be determined” items.
- Kickoff workshop. We establish the structure, content priorities, and keywords. We create a site map that you approve.
- Graphic Design. You’ll see the website before a single line of code is written. In the GROWTH and SCALE packages, two rounds of revisions are included in the price.
- Implementation. We work in ClickUp, to which you have access. Every Friday, you’ll receive a progress report.
- Launch and training. We train your team on how to use the CMS and provide a video recording and a user guide.
Throughout the entire project, you have a single point of contact: your project manager. You don’t have to coordinate the work of a graphic designer, developer, and copywriter.

Why this pricing structure?
We do not develop websites with custom graphic designs for less than $2,900 (net).
This isn’t a pricing policy aimed at smaller companies. It’s a consequence of how we work: every project goes through the workshop, graphic design, testing, implementation, and training, and a project manager oversees it throughout the entire process. Below this threshold, we’d have to cut corners, and then you’d end up with a website that we wouldn’t want to put our name on - and you wouldn’t want to show to your clients.

How much will a website cost in 2026?
On the Polish market, a company website costs anywhere from a few hundred zlotys for a site built using a ready-made template to several tens of thousands for a fully customized design. A realistic budget for a small or medium-sized business to have a professionally designed website is $2,000–$5,000 net. At MITS, packages start at $2,900 net.
Czy cena zawiera projekt graficzny?
Tak. W pakiecie START projekt powstaje na bazie naszego autorskiego szablonu, dopasowanego do identyfikacji wizualnej firmy. W pakietach GROWTH i SCALE tworzymy projekt indywidualny w Figmie, poprzedzony makietami UX, z dwiema rundami poprawek w cenie.
Czy w cenie jest hosting i domena?
Nie. Hosting i domena to koszty cykliczne po stronie klienta, zwykle 200–600 zł rocznie. Konfigurację domeny, certyfikatu SSL i publikację na wskazanym hostingu wykonujemy w ramach każdego pakietu. Możemy też polecić i skonfigurować hosting dopasowany do projektu.
Czy mogę samodzielnie edytować treści?
Tak, w każdym pakiecie. Dostajesz pełny dostęp do systemu zarządzania treścią, szkolenie i nagranie wideo. Zmiana tekstu, wymiana zdjęcia czy dodanie aktualności nie wymagają kontaktu z nami.
Ile trwa realizacja strony internetowej?
Od 3 do 4 tygodni w pakiecie START, od 5 do 7 tygodni w pakiecie GROWTH i od 8 do 11 tygodni w pakiecie SCALE. Terminy zakładają bieżące dostarczanie materiałów i akceptowanie kolejnych etapów. W praktyce największy wpływ na czas realizacji ma tempo decyzji po stronie klienta, nie prace programistyczne.
Czy można rozłożyć płatność na raty?
Tak. Każdy pakiet dzielimy na 2–4 transze powiązane z etapami projektu. Nie oferujemy finansowania ani płatności odroczonej po wdrożeniu.
Co obejmuje gwarancja?
12 miesięcy na usunięcie usterek technicznych powstałych z naszej winy. Gwarancja nie obejmuje zmian w treści, nowych funkcjonalności, aktualizacji wtyczek i systemu ani awarii po stronie hostingu lub podmiotów trzecich.
Ile kosztuje utrzymanie strony po wdrożeniu?
Pakiety utrzymaniowe zaczynają się od 490 zł netto miesięcznie i obejmują aktualizacje bezpieczeństwa, kopie zapasowe, monitoring dostępności oraz godziny na drobne zmiany. Pakiet jest opcjonalny.
Robicie strony na WordPressie?
Tak. Pracujemy na WordPressie oraz na Sulu CMS opartym na Symfony. Wybór zależy od skali projektu, potrzebnych integracji i tego, kto będzie zarządzał treścią. Doradzamy na etapie warsztatu, nie narzucamy z góry.
Czy strona będzie widoczna w Google?
Każdy pakiet zawiera podstawowe przygotowanie techniczne: strukturę nagłówków, dane strukturalne, mapę strony, Google Search Console i optymalizację szybkości. Sama widoczność wymaga jednak systematycznej pracy po uruchomieniu. Pakiet SCALE zawiera strategię treści na 6 miesięcy, a długofalowo oferujemy stałe pozycjonowanie.
Czy potrzebuję strony, czy aplikacji?
Jeśli chcesz prezentować ofertę i zbierać zapytania, wystarczy strona. Jeśli użytkownicy mają się logować, przetwarzać dane, korzystać z paneli i procesów, to już aplikacja internetowa albo system dedykowany. Jeżeli dopiero testujesz pomysł, rozważ budowę MVP.
