Does a consultation entail any obligations?

No. You come away with a list of the processes in your company that are most worth automating - and you can do whatever you want with it. Some companies implement it on their own. Others come back to us.

How much does it cost to work with you?

We start projects at around $10,000. We bill for ongoing support and development using a retainer or subscription model, priced based on the scope of work. We finalize the specific figures after the audit, once both parties understand where they stand.

We already have an IT specialist / IT company. Will that cause a conflict?

No. We can supplement your team with expertise that your company lacks (systems, automation, AI), or take over the entire technology stack. We establish the scope of responsibility at the outset, in writing.

Is our data secure when AI is implemented?

AI assistants operate on your data and within the limits you set. We tailor the architecture to your requirements: servers in the EU, access restrictions, and GDPR compliance. We determine these details before implementation, not after.

Do you work with public institutions?

Yes, we have collaborated with, among others, the KNF (Financial Supervision Authority) and universities, including UMCS in Lublin. We are familiar with accessibility (WCAG), security, and public procurement requirements - and we know how to navigate them.
